Ferrari Must Beat Toyota September 27, 2005 - It seems that Ferrari’s reign of Formula One is ending. As of Brazil the title of World Champion Driver was passed from Michael Schummacher to Fernando Alonso of Renault. Ferrari has also found themselves in third place for the Constructor’s Championship title. They are at 98 points with Toyota behind them at 81 points, just a mere 19 away. Ferrari has no hope of catching the Mc Laren, the leaders, at 164 points. To Ferrari the Constructors Championship award is very important because it helps to reinforce the image of the team. Losing position in the Constructors Championship will also put the team further down pit lane.
